Our chalet is your home from home, so that you can ride or train as hard and far as you like.
Morzine is the ideal destination for a Road Cycling Holiday. Theres numerous big name cols on our doorstep as well as many lesser known but no less beautiful ones so theres plenty of riding to keep you pedalling all week long with out the need for long transfers and moving kit each day.
Morzine is perfectly setup for triathletes. An Olympic sized outdoor pool, a beautiful lake for open water swimming, endless trails for running and the cycling speaks for itself. There are a number of events based here too the popular Mont-Blanc Triathlon and the formidable Evergreen 228 Morzine-Chamonix Triathlon.
A freshly refurbished Savoyarde farmhouse that has been welcoming guests for over 20 years. We have 8 rooms over 2 floors, most of which are ensuite. Comfy beds, nice hot showers and fluffy towels help start the recovery from a days adventures. Massages, yoga and pilates can be organised to boost your recovery ready to do it all again.
44South is run by friends, James and Ali. We pride ourselves in making your stay as comfortable as possible and making sure you get the most out of your holiday, no matter what your ability is, whether you are part of a large group or on your own. With plenty of experience between us you can be assured you are in good hands.
